Gaslow International Limited T/A Tyron UK can now offer an un-rivalled level of service with our courier. We can offer services from next working day delivery on products across the UK, Also Royal mail First and Second Class delivery.
Our standard level of service for the majority of our products are next working day as standard for most locations within the UK. We can provide you with a parcel tracking number on 24hr & 48hr services via ParcelForce.

ParcelForce offers a delivery service to your designated address. If you have missed the courier you can collect your parcel from a ParcelForce Depot or arrange an alternative delivery day.

How do I track my parcel?
You will be able to track your parcel using the online tracking that ParcelForce provide. Please contact us for your tracking number at sales@tyron.co.uk or 01509 377677.

What happens if I’m not in?
The courier will leave a calling card which will have a unique reference number which you can use to arrange further delivery instructions or requests online by following the instructions on the card.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes we can ship outside of the UK to mainland Europe with services offering delivery time scales from 2 working days. If you are looking to get an item shipped aboard you will need to contact us prior to ordering at sales@tyron.co.uk or call 01509 377677

Can you deliver on Saturday / Sundays?
We can deliver parcels via ParcelForce on Saturday Am Delivery, However Sunday delivery is not a service that ParcelForce currently offer. please speak to one of our representatives when placing the order if you would like a Saturday AM delivery. There would also be an increased postage cost associated with this service.
Do note that although we can offer next working day services, orders will only be dispatched on working days and that orders after 2PM (14:00) may not be dispatched in time.
Mainland UK and UK addresses are able to receive these services however Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland may be subject to different time scales or pricing.

Shipping & Returns Information
Gaslow International Limited T/A Tyron UK uses ParcelForce, Royal Mail or any Courier company to deliver its packages. Due to the way in which we operate.
Where ever possible customers will be given a choice of shipping options, most items which are held in stock will be dispatched within the same day, subject to the time the order was received by Gaslow International Limited T/A Tyron UK.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure we have stock of every product we list on our site, this is not always possible and sometimes events outside of our control may cause a delay.

Delivery
We offer different delivery options on our products which will be shown when you are in the checkout area. For next day delivery via ParcelForce the delivery cost is £6.50 plus VAT. We can also offer on selected items First Class, Second class & Parcel post, this will depend on what weight and size of the item. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

I have changed my mind about the item I have ordered
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Consumer Protection Regulations (CPR) 2013 you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 Calendar days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the CPR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by us, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method including postage (Except where a premium / additional delivery method was specified by the customer whereupon only standard postage fees will be refunded). Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. The following items are not eligible for return: electronic software downloads and opened software.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after either date we receive the returned goods or 14 days after you provide evidence of the returned goods.
